This page records how the current BUZO WORLD MVP works and the safeguards required before paid orders go live.
Imprint
BUZO WORLD is currently a product preview and does not yet accept payments or printed-world orders. Before commercial launch, this section will identify the service provider with the full legal name, service address, direct contact details, legal form and registration or VAT details where applicable, as required by German law.
Verified seller/controller identity, postal address, contact route, VAT status, and consumer-dispute position. We do not publish invented placeholders.
Privacy
Local first. Worlds, original photos, captions, routes, and photo metadata are stored in your browser's IndexedDB by default. They stay on that device unless you choose a cloud, collaboration, or sharing feature.
When cloud features are used
Signing in, syncing, inviting a collaborator, or making a proof link sends the information needed for that feature to Supabase, including account identifiers, album data, photographs, captions, layouts, and routes. Vercel hosts the web application and may process standard request, security, and operational logs.
Sharing
A person with a valid proof link can view the shared world. Treat the link as private and send it only to people you trust. Proof links may expire; NFC links can be longer-lived so a physical tag keeps working.
Purpose, retention, and rights
Data is used to save and render your world, provide features you request, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. Local data remains until you delete it or clear site data. Cloud data remains until the associated content or account is deleted, subject to security backups and legal retention duties. Before launch, BUZO WORLD will publish verified retention periods and a direct privacy-request channel.
Under applicable data-protection law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority. The verified controller and competent authority will be named here before public onboarding.
Terms of use
The MVP is provided to design, preview, collaborate on, share, and export personal travel worlds. Paid checkout and print fulfilment are not yet active. Product pricing shown on the site is a preview, not an offer that can currently be accepted.
Your content
You keep ownership of your photos and writing. You grant BUZO WORLD a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, resize, crop, arrange, and convert that content only to operate requested features, create your PDF, enable sharing, and—once available—send an approved order to the identified print provider. You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload, including photographs of other people.
Proofs and availability
You are responsible for checking captions, crops, page order, and the final proof before download or any future print order. Screen and printed colors may differ. BUZO WORLD does not promise uninterrupted preview availability; keep a copy of exported worlds you want to preserve. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Withdrawal, returns & printing
No purchase can currently be made through this MVP. Before checkout launches, the exact total price, VAT, delivery charges, timing, seller, fulfilment partner, specifications, and applicable withdrawal information will be shown before the order button.
Personalized printed worlds may fall within the statutory exception for goods made to a consumer's specifications. That exception does not remove rights when a world is defective, damaged, produced incorrectly, or does not match the agreed proof. Any immediate paid digital delivery will use the express consent and acknowledgement required by law. BUZO WORLD will not use a blanket “no refunds” policy.
Cookies & device storage
The current MVP does not load advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. It uses browser storage to keep worlds locally and Supabase authentication storage when you ask to sign in. These are used to provide features you request. If optional analytics or marketing tools are added later, they will remain blocked until an appropriate choice is offered, with an equally accessible way to refuse or withdraw consent.
Contact & content reports
A verified support, privacy, and legal contact route will appear here with the operator's required details before public commercial launch. Shared-content reporting and account-deletion requests will use that same durable contact channel. Until then, do not rely on this preview for paid orders or public hosting of sensitive material.
